Matt Hollingsworth, Co-Founding Partner of Recombinate Health, is a seasoned healthcare executive and entrepreneur who has spent the past decade transforming early-stage innovations into scalable, impactful tools for healthcare. Most recently, he co-founded and led Carta Healthcare, a venture-backed startup that deploys advanced AI to streamline clinical data abstraction and analytics. He began his career in high-energy physics, transitioned into AI engineering, and ultimately found his calling in healthcare operations and technology, inspired by his mother’s remarkable (and difficult) five-time triumph over cancer. Matt holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a master’s degree in physics from the University of Tennessee.
