Yi Zhuang is a Ph.D. candidate in Operations and Decision Analytics at the Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College, CUNY. Her research focuses on consumer-driven resource allocation in service industries, combining optimization theory and dynamic choice modeling to study pricing and allocation problems in matching markets and revenue management. She holds a B.S. in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Notre Dame and an M.S. in Financial Mathematics from North Carolina State University, and has taught undergraduate courses in Predictive and Decision Analytics as sole instructor of record since 2022.
