Anne Sophie Platzbecker is Head of Medical Innovation & Transformation, Medizinische Universität Lausitz – Carl Thiem. She is a hematologist/oncologist with a clinical and research focus on translational hematoloy, digital biomarkers, and innovative care models, including Hospital-at-Home. She holds an MD and an MBA in Healthcare Innovation and has trained in Germany, Israel, and the United States. Since 2025, she has been actively involved in national digital health and innovation initiatives and serves as a member of the board of the German Society for Digital Medicine (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Digitale Medizin – DGDM).
