Hayden Rooke-Ley, American Economic Liberties Project

Hayden Rooke-Ley is a federal judicial law clerk and a Senior Fellow at the American Economic Liberties Project. Hayden’s academic and policy writing focuses on issues of health care law and policy, including corporate consolidation, Medicare and Medicaid financing, and labor organizing in the health care sector. Hayden was formerly a health policy advisor in Congress and worked at Aledade, Inc., a value-based care company. He received his JD from Stanford Law School.
