Jessica Haupt is the Program Advisor for the Earl E. Bakken Medical Devices Center at the University of Minnesota. Jessica provides project-based strategic and operational support and makes recommendations for partnership and collaboration opportunities. Previously she was the Managing Director of the Medical Industry Leadership Institute (MILI) at the Carlson School of Management. With a foundational role in MILI’s inception, she was instrumental in its growth and development. As Managing Director, Jessica spearheaded MILI’s vision and strategy while overseeing its daily operations. Under her leadership, MILI evolved into a dynamic hub for education and collaboration, engaging students, alumni, industry professionals, and beyond.
