Lena Kraft is a research associate and doctoral candidate in public health at the Institute of Epidemiology, Social Medicine and Health Systems Research at Hannover Medical School. Her research, which is funded by the German Innovation Fund, focuses on international success factors in the digital transformation of healthcare systems. The objective of her research endeavours is to derive evidence-based policy recommendations for Germany. In addition, she has acquired substantial professional experience through her work in the pharmaceutical market and in the field of market access. Lena holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Economics and Health Policy from the University of Applied Sciences Fulda and a Master of Arts in Public Health from the University of Bremen.
