Lucy Ma is an MD/MBA candidate at the Stanford University School of Medicine and Graduate School of Business. She has extensive clinical outcomes research experience with the Penn Presbyterian Trauma Center and the Stanford Department of Surgery (General and Plastics). She has also served in diverse leadership roles in nonprofit and community organization settings. She is passionate about harnessing health technology innovation and creating greater incentive alignment in healthcare to improve quality of and access to care for all, in particular for low-income, immigrant, minority, and non-English-speaking communities. She received a Bachelor of Art degree in Biological Basis of Behavior (now Neuroscience) from the University of Pennsylvania.
