Mollie J. Dube is an alumna of the Carlson School of Management (MBA ’25) at the University of Minnesota. A career pivoter with over a decade of experience in critical care nursing, Mollie brings a patient-centered perspective to business and leadership. At Carlson, she served as a Teaching Assistant for the Medical Industry Leadership Institute (MILI) and as a Research Assistant, working closely with Professor Parente and Jessica to connect her healthcare background with business strategy. She currently works in field operations through DaVita’s Redwoods Leadership Development Program.
