Serdar Aydin, PhD, MBA is Director of the Health Management Research Academy and Clinical Assistant Professor at Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business. His scholarship examines healthcare management, health services research, healthcare analytics, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence applications in healthcare. Dr. Aydin has developed and led research collaborations involving faculty, healthcare organizations, and graduate students, resulting in conference presentations and peer-reviewed publications. His work focuses on translating research into practical solutions that improve healthcare delivery, organizational performance, and workforce development. He is actively involved in mentoring future healthcare leaders and serves as a faculty representative for the Business School Alliance for Health Management (BAHM).
