Tolga Aydinliyim, Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College

Tolga Aydinliyim is an Associate Professor of Operations and Decision Analytics at the Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College, CUNY. He has also served as the founding coordinator of the Operations and Decision Analytics area (since 2020) and the Management area (2018-2020) of the Zicklin PhD Program in Business. He teaches operations management and analytics at all undergraduate and graduate levels including AI-Assisted Healthcare Analytics and Quality in the Zicklin Executive MBA Program. He earned a PhD in Operations Research from Case Western Reserve University, and a BS in Industrial Engineering from the Middle East Technical University, Turkey.

In his research, Professor Aydinliyim develops innovative resource allocation mechanisms in supply chains and healthcare, and studies operational implications of consumer behavior in retailing. His research papers appeared in premier management journals such as Management Science, Manufacturing & Service Operations Management, Production and Operations Management, Decision Sciences Journal, and European Journal of Operational Research. His editorial appointments include Department Editor, Decision Sciences Journal (2026-present); Associate Editor, Decision Sciences Journal (2019-2025); and Associate Editor, OMEGA (2025-present).
