As in other regions of the world, technological advances are pushing companies in Latin America to adapt their business models and examine the key variables for success – including their employees’ approach to their jobs. But in contrast to other regions, much of Latin America is fraught with social and cultural disparities that can more negatively impact perceptions of the workplace. This is one of the first studies to examine professional well-being in Latin America and how companies can begin to improve it.
